Would be very much obliged if someone could take a picture of the reversing switch location on their Mk4 as I am at war with Halfords. Done my clutch 2 months ago and didn't fill the gear box. They blame me for not filling the box when reversing switch was done (by me) but Ford HQ, two Ford master tech's, two mechanic friends and the internet all state that the oil doesn't reach as high as the switch so none should need filled anyway.

Sadly the car is on the ramp and the gear box is away at a specialist who has diagnosed low fluid and they are trying to blame me, so trying to build up a case here and knock them down before they can stand up.
