Hi guys. Just changed the xenon bulb in the right headlamp because the old one was broken (yes the returnwire was not intact), and noticed that the reflector bowl was very burnt out. Fitted a new bulb, and close to no improvement there was. Disassembled the headlight again, and checked if there was any way I could improve the chrome, but ofcourse not.

So, where do I buy a new bow/lens? Or will I have to buy a complete headlight (prolly pretty expensive I guess).

Thanks in advance.

there are a couple of screws and a pliers will need to be used to bend back the tabs holding the projector globe down to gain access to the reflector behind. it may be possible to clean the reflector up or your best bet is to just get a damaged headlight on ebay usually around ÂŁ70/80 each.

the projectors are not sold separately

i have a faulty projector where the bi-xenon flap is not level throwing the beam off but the reflector behind is perfect as its was never used.

there are 2 types of projectors valeo or hella

the hella type is the one i have it takes a d1s bulb
