I Retro fitted mine using 'the disk we shall not mention' that i bought off Ebay. The origonal setup is still in the vehicle as i just unclipped wiring from the corresponding connectors on the CJB and then installed the remainder of the wiring as a standalone loom. If you need any tips for routing the wiring through the bulkhead use the search function. The vacuum resevoir that you have in your picture will not be required as you already have one in place. You may also have issues fitting the flap motor to the heater casing if you only have manual control on it at the moment. If you already have the WHITE flap motor installed its a POP to fit.

If you have aircon the re circ valve will also be in place. The coolant temp sensor (top of picture in middle) needs to be routed through the bulkhead into the engine bay via the grommet behind the heater matrix.

The only function this serves is to limit the hot air flow through the blowers until the engine has fully warmed up. I have the sensor, in the shed, and have fitted an interior sensor below the floor heating duct. This was taken from a Focus with EATC.

Also, the self test for the SATC is as follows...

Turn SATC to AUTO
Turn Heater direction to screen
Switch on Ignition
Press AC and the RED button together, release, then press the BLUE button. Unit then enters self test and will display any error codes at the end.

The OOA Temp sensor clips in behind the front bumper on the drivers side as you look from the front.

I got a full Ghia x loom yesterday so i'll be joining you m8. ;)

The only thing i need to complete is the coolant temp sensor.

Is it me or can't i see a sunload sensor in your pic?

I'll keep you informed on progress with pics if possible as i'm hoping to do it this week. :L

Its there trust me :L

I managed to understand the wiring diagram i posted, and figured out what 3 wires i need to splice :L

V6Panther, you say you got your Ghia X loom, does it have this connector next to the electric wing mirror connector?

Also, Ill be taking picis too, so if you want them posting to you, and perhaps put a "how to" together? :L
