I downloaded the latest sync3 map updates for my 2020 fiesta & it came down with the DONTINDX.MSA file missing.
I updated the vehicle then recieved Error code: PKG_ERR03.
Has anybody an idea what this is or how to overcome it?
I have done this 3 times now.

What file system is the memory stick/card formatted with?

What did you use to unzip the main file and what files/folders

are there on the storage now?

USB 2 or 3?  read/write speed?

Scanned all the files in the original package for compression errors?

I had a similar problem - i had to make a stop and it switched off during update - causing the above error. Now i think it is installed but it didn't spit out a log file. This is probably because i had the usb formatted as fat32 rather than exfat. I've tried to use the diagnostic tool "Interrogator_AB" to get the log file but no results. Any help would be appreciated with getting the log file out.
