oil and filter change done, all plastics back on, huge difference in noise now, sounds great, better than it ever has in my ownership. the combo of new chain, tensioner and guides plus having already done the alternator pulley mod when I was replacing all the aux componants has made a massive difference.

 

but.... and theres always a but lol

 

starting from cold its perfect, first turn of the key and really quick to fire up, but when warm its struggling a bit, sometimes it fires slightly then stops and then starts next try, no lights and no codes when this happens. tomorrow I'm going to replace the crank sensor and that will hopefully sort it out.

new crank sensor put in and seems to be starting from hot no bother again, hopefully thats job done.
