So i get the option to pick "ford audio", but when i click on it nothing seems to happen. The bluethooth seems to work since when i turn it off it goes away. So something is odd here. Im using a samsung galaxy xcover pro with android 11. I have tried to disconnect the batteri for a few seconds, and reset to factory in the setup menu..

Have you tried searching for the phone with the car rather than the car with the phone.?

It may have too many phones previously bonded

You should be able to check what phones it has  had connected and clear them

Ah yes watched this one, it says no phones bonded. I havent been able to get it to work since i bought it in november. The seller forgot to mention this when he sold it.. So it just popped up the other day when i was fiddeling with it. But im going to take it out an check the module number and see what i have. Not sure if its the one with only voice connectivity or the one that can stream music.

If you have verified your phone is compatible, I would carry out a hard battery reset.

Basically, disconnect battery for 5 / 10 minutes. Just make sure you have your security code handy.
