Automatic light

I have a Ghia 1,4 tdci 2008 (mk6). In Norway we have to drive with light all day so the low beam light come on automatic when starting the car.

Now the low beam light do not come on automatically when starting the car. When I turn the knob on the lightswitch to low beam the light come on. The high beam and all other light is working. I have tested the fuses for the automatic light (F11/F19) and the relay, and nothing is wrong there.

Do you have any ideas?
