beside that noise, i dont feel anything wrong with the car, no hesitation, no lack of power , no smoke , no error code just that whining/whistling/howling noise
when i rev in P or N it also make the noise,,,just like the turbo a bit noisy..in that video the stereo is off..but the noise is more noticeable when driving in low speed around 2k rpm.im guesssing worn out turbo..i already check the hoses,,everything seem fine
hopefully so, will sent it shop to the get it check but need to wait until movement order control to end in order to travel ..we in malaysia is having nationwide movement control order for the 2nd time.
I tightened up all the jubilee clips on the air intake hoses from the air filter box through to the back of the engine. Check also that the air filter top is tightened down and that the air filter is sitting correctly in the housing.
The whistling disappeared and fuel economy improved to 52 mpg on a good long run at 60 mph.
sorry for the late reply, I have tightened up all the clips but unfortunately, the noise is still there.
