Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can help me. I have a ford Mondeo 2.5 turbo 2007, it keeps randomly juddering when driving, it normally does it when the engine has warmed. No codes on car and no pending codes. Ive had the spark plugs changed, MAF sensor, turbo boost control change and none of this is helping it's still doing it.

The car is only on 97k miles and had a service done in December 2020. I've took it back the garage numerous times but nothing obvious showing as previously said with no codes. The garage done a live reading on it and it come up with a reading about the turbo and that's why the turbo boost control was changed. It since then done it again so the MAF sensor was changed. The garage has now recommended changing the MAP sensor, however, it's costing me a fortune keep paying for these parts when nothing is fixing it. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing it before I go ahead and change the MAP sensor.

Sometimes when the car judders it occasionally looses power however, since having these other parts changed it hasn't lost power since but still juddering a lot especially when I've been in the car about 30 minutes. It's intermittent and doesn't happen all the time. Really frustrating now as I have to also pay for a new exhaust which is costing me 500 and I really don't want to invest any more monies into this car if it is just not worth it. Any advice appreciated. Thank you

The only 2 sensors left that I'm aware of that could cause an issue would be the MAP sensor in the intercooler and the fuel pressure sensor in the fuel rail on top of the head. I managed to get both from eBay a little while back for about £50 and fitted them myself.
