Hi,

New to this forum. I'm looking at purchasing a 2007 Ford Focus (Mk2) 1.6 Zetec (petrol). Can anyone tell me where the engine oil dipstick reads from - i.e. does the marker read from the back or the front of the engine oil sump (even though the cap is located towards the front end of the sump).

Cheers.

Several variations of the 1.6 around 2007.  I think the dipstick is in front of the

engine on all of them.

The angle it enters the sump will depend on which engine it is.
