Hi, I’m new to this forum so excuse me if this has already been asked.
The driver’s seat automatically slides back to enable more room to get out of the car. Which is a great feature.
Is there any way to switch this off as I regularly have passengers in the back seats and I can’t switch off before they get out of the car.
Many thanks

You certainly can turn it off. Can't remember exactly how and I no longer have my Mk5. It is done via the dash menu, under "easy entry"?? not sure.
Someone will come up with the answer, at least it can be done

It is also in the veh handbook. It is quite a drill down in a sub menu but it is definitely there.
