Hello everyone. I`m looking for an exhaust for my Mondeo Turnier 2.2tdci or best place for a S/S exhaust with twin backboxes. Any help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately aftermarket exhausts for the 2.2 are pretty much in non-existence and Ford parts are really expensive. (I don't know the cost so maybe worth checking so you can compare with S/S prices)
As you've mentioned, getting a S/S exhaust made is probably a cheaper option. Have a search on Google, there must be a company near you...there's a Powerflow centre in Bishop Auckland and a Longlife place in Middlesbrough.
There are threads in the MK4 Exhaust section too, here's one...https://talkford.com...tanium-x-sport/

Cheers Dave. I rang Ford and was quoted just under £1000. I did ring one local-ish fabricator, but they`re on furlough. I`ll get in touch with your suggestions.
Many Thanks Dave

Good luck with it...I'm expecting mine to go in the next couple of years as the hangers are rusting on the welds. Luckily for me the nearest Longlife centre is a couple of towns away (25 min drive)

I paid about £130 for the centre pipe and backbox from HiQ.
They ordered the wrong part so it took them about 90 minutes which was a pain
but thought the price was fairly good. Than was in 2015 and my nephew has the
car now and its still good.
