Hi all, I've replaced the timing belt, water pump and pulleys on my 2007 2.0 TDCI 140, All went fine, used the correct tools to align and lock everything. Car started and ran fine for a few moments. Deove it the next day and after about 5 minutes it just cut out and will not restart. I have checked timing and belt etc and all is fine, all lined up still and no obvious issues. I've replaced the Crank pick up ring, still no joys. Read fault codes and none stored, engine spins over fine, no horrible sounds, fuel is coming out of return pipe so that appears OK. Can anyone shed any light? I can't get anyone to have a look at it so really stuck. I know its a long shot via an online forum but really need assistance
