Hi all
Looks like I have 1 numberplate light out. Is it worth changing them to LEDs? Are they easy to replace and are they just an easy replacement halogen to LED?

Depends on the quality of the LEDs, fitted some to the dash on my old car and
they were failing within weeks.
Took them out and put standard bulbs back in.
The resistors they fit to make them canbus compatible can get super hot,
well over 100ºC.

Any recommendations for LED lights?
My last ones were from eBay and have lasted 9 years but seller no longer active.

Chance eBay ones if you like. These lights came a day early. And are very good. Bright but not too bright.
The glare is due to iPhone camera. You can clearly ready the number plate with the naked eye.
Very good lights. I can only recommend them.

Number plate lights don't trigger a bulb failure warning so shouldn't need any resistors for can bus compliance.
