Did you car come equipped with xenons or did a previous owner retrofit them? If retrofitted then the module could be anywhere behind the dash.Thank you for ypur replies.
Im still trying to find the headlight control module, no luck yet

Can anyone tell me where the Headlight Control Module is on my car ? I have tried Googling and I have called 4 different Ford dealers, they were unable to help me
It is not in the passenger side glovebox beside the bluetooth module

HCMs are only built into cars having HID (Xenon) lights oder AFS (bending lights). Normal Halogen lights are controlled by the BCMii directly.

The car has Xenon headlights as standard. I have forscan and it has detected the headlight module and is showing HCM DTCs

That's even more confusing then as that look's like a factory fit xenon on a mk4.5 so the control unit "should" be above the glovebox next to the Bluetooth module

OK I will take the glovebox out again at the weekend and have another look . Too many people are saying the HCM is in there ..so it must be in there

What error codes is it giving?

Thank you too to everyone that made sugestions. On my car the module is called the Electronic Headlight Control Unit and is situated up in the glovebox beside the CD player.
