Nasty noise coming from the auxiliary belt area on the drivers side of the engine. Suspect it could be a belt tensioner but wanted to confirm if this is used on this engine, some Fords use elasticated belts I believe that don’t need tensioners?

What would be involved in changing it, suspect I need to get underneath the car?
