The Navigation voice guidance has been working fine. But now it has stopped working. The mute/unmute says the voice guidance is On. The on screen navigation works OK. The radio audio works OK. Sometimes I can see the voice guidance volume setting, other times I can't.

I don't use my phone and as far as I am aware no devices are paired.

Any ideas or suggestions?
