I have a 2019 kuga titanium x , did a sync 3 update yesterday and now shows version has changed from 3.3 to 3.4 but the maps are still version f8, if I now do system check it starts trying to down load a new file but after a few minutes says system up to date, I understand maps should be f9 after an update ??? Ford sync update site now saying system up to date.

I don't get involved with Sync3 but have a look at some threads in the menus

Or search Sync3 in the search box and select Forums
