My Mondeo has the EGR attached to the manifold, I’ve seen some stuff about it being a bit of a blag to get it off anyone managed it? Any tips? Don’t want to start it and then get stuck half way through.

My EGR is causing some issues with my car so it needs cleaning before it dies for good and needs replacing completely.

Would spraying EGR cleaner directly into the valve when running and revving do the right job?

Any help would be much appreciated

That would certainly be the first thing I would recommend that you try
