This forum lists Mk 6 Fiesta as 2002 to 2008.

Everywhere else I look (admittedly mainly youtube) this period of manufacture is a Mk 5 Fiesta.

Which is right?

My 2010 is a mk7 so yours is a mk6 BUT when I use a car parts website it does list mine as a mk6 even though its a mk7 so don't worry too much

Thanks for the reply.

Not really worrying just don't understand why the same model is regarded differently.

Check the pictures.

Ford have confused the MK's several times over the years. They cannot decide what constitutes a

new model number.

Some called the MK3 Mondeo a MK2 because the MK1/2 are virtually the same under the skin,

mainly just a body change.

Wonder if there is a mint condition low miles MK1 4x4 estate out there somewhere.  I can see myself looking

for a 4x4 estate next.
