Hi I'm trying to fix a 1.6 l MK2 focus for a friend . The problem is that all doors except for the driver's door was deadlocked and wouldn't open , she got a autoelectrician out and he managed to get the rear driver's side door open . The other two doors are still deadlocked . I wasn't there but he told my friend that she needed a replacement fusebox module which I have ordered one from scrapyard ,although because the other doors are deadlocked it probably wouldn't work. Also he said the locks have water in them and the only way to open the doors would be by forcefully removing the lock units. Does anyone have any ideas this will be my 3rd weekend on this problem and the mot is due which it will obviously fail in this condition .

Try changing the main drivers door lock first it operates the other doors,

and next test gem module,if applicable.

Try drying locks with a hairdryer (till really warm like a hot sunny day)
