No there is not, only manual way you can start a regeneration is drive the van depending on if the conditions are right.

Ok, thought i would ask. Its got a problem with the DPF, had a new one last May but the same thing has happened again so needs sorting again but i think the problem is caused by something(faulty sensor maybe) between the DPF and inlet manifold but the mot is out so can't drive it to do a manual regen.

Can the EGR valve be blanked of on the 1.8 tdci engine ? Its on a '61' plate

Any egr can be blanked, should only bring up the engine management light but I'd only blank it for testing purposes otherwise I'm not sure the dpf with regen
