Please advice as I will buy a 2.0 diesel EcoBlue 190 BHP (2019) or an older 2.0 diesel TDCi 180 BHP (2018), which is faster in acc. torque is both 400 Nm.

What is the difference? Why? Emission as the EcoBlue has a 8 shift aut. transm.?

That's odd in that caravan article.
I know a guy who ordered a brand new Econetic Spec and two professional tow bar fitting companies refused to fit a tow bar because the veh in that spec has not been "Homologated" by Ford.
The veh is capable of towing but is produced as a "more green" veh. Even the insurance was refused so he did a deal and bought a standard spec.
However, the Eco in this thread refers to Adblu

Well all i can say is i am confused.

Page 25 of the latest brochure only shows Electric hybrid as n/a with the hybrid estate even rated at 750kg

I realise we are off topic re OP qestion which is Adblue

But, re Econetic spec, if you search "econetic towing" in forums there are some links to it

Best to look up max towing weights in technical section of brochure or on vin plate

IIRC the Econetic version did not mean you could not tow with it whatsoever but, because of max towing weight, legally only something like a small trailer is allowed

Add/Edit just looked at my brochures, early years brochures (2016 for example) have ECOnetic as max towable braked as 400Kg, most recent brochure is different

So, basically looks like you need to go by the vin plate info
