I have a new 2019 Ford Tourneo Connect, with Wheelchair adaption,

It has one remote key & one blade key, the remote key will open & close all doors perfect with the buttons, but the blade key will only open the driver’s door with central locking and no others, even if I enter the car I can’t open the doors from the inside, all locked, the only way to open the doors is the button on the door panel.

As you can imagine this make it very awkward to get a wheelchair & other passengers into the car.

What is the reason for this design from Ford ?
