Evening well my 1.4 duratec has sprung a major water leak I have managed to track it down to some where above the oil sump. But just can not get a visual on the exact location. Sorry for my vague description, but here goes.... to the rear of the belts an pulleys , where the sump bolts onto? There is a metal pipe to which the bottom of that pipe is flush with the underside of the sump where the bolts go into? It's right on top of the lip that the sump bolts onto.
Can anyone give me any ideas as to how to actually get a visual? Or any ideas as to what could be leaking please, royally messed my bank holiday up 🙄, flipping cars ha ha

What year is it?  1.4 is a zetec in early cars, 1.3 duratec later.

MK6 2002-2008 which some call a MK5 due to an earlier one having a minor update

where some still used the same model number.

Which one...   https://www.fordwiki...e=Portal:Fiesta

Behind the pulleys is quite possibly the waterpump.
