Hi Guys,

Updated Sync 3 and Maps to F8 for my MkV 2018 Mondeo Titainium. All seems to have installed see the attached pictures.

The problem is, that every time the radio/satnav comes on there is a screen saying that the

update is still in progress as seen in the attached. Any ideas why, and what I can do to rectify the

issue?

Have you tried putting USB back into slot?

Tried replacing the USB back many times, but still the same message appears? It also seems like the warning "caution" when approaching a speed camera is no longer there? Everything else seems to be working, just this annoying "installation in progress" screen keeps popping up?

Did you ever get a fix for this? I'm having a similar problem with a failed map update, it prompts that an update is available (then I get an LST or PKG error) even when there's no USB plugged in.

Still got the same issue. It happens intermittently, more so if the engine is running, and radio is on, then stop the engine, still with radio on, then restart the engine? Can't find an answer anywhere, and still no "caution" warning when approaching a speed camera?

Try a fresh install then make sure you do master reset.

I lost this too when I did the upgrade. Then I found that i just needed to turn it back on the nav settings
