Hi - does anyone have any experience fitting aftermarket central locking his to the Ka 1? I have a standard kit with the rods and motors, but I cannot find a suitable position to mount the unit to work on the rod from the door lock. I have tried two different positions and either the car will lock, but not unlock, or will neither lock or unlock. Is the Ka 1 just not suitable for fitting this type of kit and I need the think again?

It's OK I think I may have answered the question with a bit of extra Google research - I have been doing it the hard way instead on getting the cable clamp kit (now ordered!)
