I think it depends whether it's a diesel or a petrol engine. Mine is diesel and for the first service (30000 Km) I paid around 300 Euros.

For £190, I got the oil and filter changed and the pollen/odour filter changed, and of course the all important stamp in the service book, and all the usual Ford main dealer benefits (Free coffee, free Saturday morning TV and a copy of the Daily Mail and the Daily Express to read while I waited for an hour and a half)

Mine offered me a servicing deal where you pay monthly for 3 or 4 services.
Mines booked in for the first on 18k at £194. Expecting, oil, filter and pollen filter. Cant wait until its out of warranty. All that would only cost around £50 to change.
When i initially booked via the Ford site, they phoned back and said the price is higher due to the expensive oil the diesel uses. I kicked up a fuss and they honored the initial price. I asked if i could provide my own oil to reduce costs they said yes but it wont make it any cheaper. Main dealer servicing is a complete rip off.
