Hi all. My V reg 2.5ccV6s aircon will not seal. I do quite a bit of work for a big Citroen dealer and whilst there I had booked to get the aircon system regassed if nec (I've never had aircon before). Mechanic returned the keys saying it wouldn't seal so they couldn't regas it. I can't find any seals to buy and replace poor seals but maybe they are not replaceable. Maybe they are part of a component that needs replacing or as one post on the forum says, there is a punctured radiator. How can I solve this please?

Check bottom of condenser, most likely you will find that it's rotten

agree 100% with the above too.

 

there was a chap on here over the last few years who went to the effort of stripping his system down and replacing all the seals. he gave the sizes on here. i think he had to buy each seal seperatley as there was no 'mondeo seal kit' to be had.
