Hello.

I have a Ford Mondeo 2005 2.0 petrol.

I am have problems with ventilation inside the car.

For a long time the blower doesn't work when I switch on the clima control panel button to window blow. For a while I could force it to work by playing with the other two buttoms to select blow on face or feet. When I did that i could hear a mechanical sound like the ducts suddenly opened and the blower worked on the window. I have tried to diagnose the Climatronic system but it shows no error.

Anyone have an idea what is wrong ?

Best regards
Lukasz

Remove the trim panels to the centre console and you will see the pipework.

The panels are to the left and right of your knees when sitting in the front.

They normally snap not stick end breaks off where the servo motor engages.
