Did a few small jobs today :

The first job was to replace the drivers sport foglight as after a motorway journey the silver cover seemed to disappear !  I'm guessing the wind got under the edge and pulled the taped on cover clean off. Wasn't happy when I saw the cover had gone and the only resolve was to order a replacement drivers unit.

The next job was a cleaning one which required removing the rubber door sill strips and cleaning and polishing the upper sill.

While I was there I also decided to clean and polish the underside of the sills, underside of the doors and door shuts.

A little OCD, but thats not always a bad thing.

Hi Martin! I've just bought one of these and I'm looking for a sport grille like yours but they are very hard to come by it seems for the pre-facelift model. Can you tell me where you bought yours?

Many thanks

Zak

Added a few small things today, first was a ford genuine boot liner which will help preserve the carpet from my mucky work equipment.

The next item was the sports grille.  Again a simple 2 minute swap and looks nice. The honeycomb effect looks better in person than in photos and hopefully will 'de-bling' the front end as I find the silver grilles a little over powering.

The plan is next week to install my pioneer double din unit -
