Well.. after a few years, the base of my 57i , the rubber part turned to jelly...and had a leak.. sigh. no more K&N for me..

cant see how an induction kit will work in a deisel?? So much heat soak it would be a loss in power.
Unless its an enclosed onelike a BMC or viper.

they are a bit pointless on a diesel thats why i never bothered on my mk3 after finding no benefits on my mk2.

i use a K&N panel filter now
51 plate ghia x tddi with extra oomph

Boost Pressure = ((MAP x 10) - BARO)/6.895 (use with F-Super readings)

put k&n kit on my zetec S 130 tdci much more responsive & runs smoother

Ive bought some millers sport because so many people rave about it, And guess what......


Its running a LOT better... Slight issue, Ive not put any in the car... And its not removed ANY carbon from my old turbo...


So how does it do this in an engine???
