Staff
Non-moderating:
Meets Organiser
These are people who take the lead in their respective regional forums. They encourage and arrange local meets for you. If you're region doesn't have one, then please consider volunteering.
Moderating:
Moderator
In order to be considered as a candidate for this position, you must be active on the forums. You must also have been a registered, contributing member for a substantial period of time. You must be deemed trustworthy by us and a pleasant, non-argumentative individual. Correct usage of the reporting tool also highlights you to us. We will invite you, rather than you ask us

Super Moderator
This position becomes a little trickier, it's mainly based on personality and activity levels on the site (such as being on the forums often throughout the day). There is no specific criteria.
Administrator
As the site grows, we may also grow in the number of admins we have on the site. This is a very rare position that I like to give to people that I know will be able to be with the site for quite some time. I also like to promote people who know something about the software we run, some HTML skills (php would be a huge plus), willingness to help with ongoing projects, and always looking for ways/ideas that can improve the site. This position is not obtained by being an excellent moderator like it has in the past. From my experiences, that has only resulted in the person continuing to do their excellent moderating, but of no actual use to me when it comes to running the site behind the scenes. This is probably one of the hardest positions to gain, but is also the one I seek the most! If you're handy with either the backend of IPB (especially IP.Content), HTML or PHP, and wish to help us take the site to the next level, then please let me know
