Most fords are same, have never done a fiesta one but... Pop corner trim off, (might be little plastic cap covering a screw), undo screws, while doing last one, lean out open window and hold mirror, to stop it falling to the ground. If there's any electrics they are usually near the top of the door card, (you'll know as wires will run to it) and you may need to remove the door card 1st, before undoing the mirror screws.

no probs, cheers! If you got elec mirrors, and the plug is not accessible from behind the corner trim, you'll need to take the door card off, take all the plastic bits off, (handles etc) and there will be screws round the outside. There is one or two behind the grab bar too, you'll need to prise the centre out with a flat screwdriver to get at these. Once its loose all round you'll need to lift it up over the window ledge, and may need a little wiggle. If you are going scrapyard for the donor mirror, you'll get practice taking it off. A majority of the time if the mirror's not painted to the car's colour, its manual, if its same colour as car, its electric.

Just replaced a MK8 door mirror and found that it is really important to tape a length of cable to the plug from the mirror to avoid not following the correct path with the new cable, this is to make sure that the cable passes around the outside of the window guide. Also there where no screws around the outside of the door card on mine it was fitted on with the pop on fittings.
