Anyone wanting to replace the pulley on the tensioner which is MUCH cheaper than a new tensioner assembly, then its a Gates T38354, SKF VKM34032, Febi 24429, Ford 1125419, INA 534016910, *see below
Dimensions are: diam=65mm, width=25.5mm, centre hole dia=17mm
If you need a new bush for the damper, then they're available for £6.99 from TPUK, or they also sell a complete damper for £19.99.
*some sellers are confusing the ENTIRE tensioner assembly and the pulley alone, but you'll know by the price. Pulleys cost between £12-£20.
The other smooth pulley, which has a standoff on it, is Ford part number 1731709.

Nicam I’ve just purchased the SKF pulley VKM 34031 (grooved one which matches the ford part number) and the smooth one that goes on the engine block (genuine ford one) but on the tensioner there are two pulleys,, are they both the same grooved type ?? Or is it the same as the engine block one ?? Thanks mate.

If the back for the belt goes round the pulley it will be smooth; ribbed if it's the front/grooved/inside.

Hi Ian, the short answer is no it isn't the same pulley!. The smooth pulley  that is part of the tensioner assembly is NOT  like the other smooth one! As that one has a built-in standoff on it and the one on the tensioner  doesn't.

If you want to buy a new TENSIONER pulley, then you want what I said in a previous post above:

The one I bought on ebay is a Beckerman 694-0012, which says its the same as the Gates T38354

Hope this helps...don't hesitate to ask if you've  any further Qq?s.

Hi mate,, just searching now,,, is the beckerman 694-0012 the smooth roller on the tensioner??? I’ve got in my basket the SKF VKM 34031 as the ribbed pulley.

Hi, yes the smooth pulley on the tensioner is the Beckerman
694-0012, same as the Gates T38354, SKF VKM34032, Febi 24429, Ford 1125419, INA 534016910.
Is that clear now? :-)
Your SKF one ends in a '1' and the correct one ends in a '2'
I'd drop looking for the SKF one as on a lot of sites gives you the full tensioner assembly as that part instead of just the pulley
This is the one I got, why not contact the seller to see if he's still got stock as the ebay link is dead but the buy it now one still works, see the pics.

Looks like I exceeded the edit time allowance, so just wanted to add:
If you also google the Ford part nunber 'Ford 1125419', you'll get results for both an entire tensioner assembly but also for the pulley itself at a fraction of the cost. Just check that the dimensions given are the same as what I gave above :Dimensions are: diam=65mm, width=25.5mm, centre hole dia=17mm

Hi mate the beckerman you shown is the exact one I’ve just purchased and even from the same seller hahaha. Bought it before I’d seen your reply

This is the one shown on Zzap.... number 4

And when I click on the part number it links me to this page saying the VKM34031 is the correct ribbed pulley???
I’m so confused now 😂😂,, fancied the SKF due to them been a quality bearing. Or is that for the tensioner as well ?? Rather than just the Ribbed pulley ????

Umm, that top pulley that's on the tensioner assembly, item 4 in the parts diag, Ford part number 1773011 IS a ribbed pulley. That is also SKF VKM34031
The lower pulley that's on the tensioner, the one I've been explaining, is smooth and is the Beckerman one. Is that clearer?
I think some sellers are confusing things by using the Ford part numbers that are intended for just the pulleys and using them for the whole assembly.

Yes mate,,, I’m changing my AC pump (when the government say I can go to my dads and change it, all me tools are there) and I’m replacing the rear shocks too,, whilst I was replacing the pump I thought I may as well as replace the pulleys as the engine one and the ribbed pully sound awful when spinning,, tensioner part is fine seems to do what’s supposed to anyway,, that’s why I thought I’d replace all 3 pulley wheels,, but couldn’t find the lower smooth one,,, as you said the beckerman one £13.83, I purchased that same one and have also purchased the other smooth one on the engine block (genuine ford ) it’s a second hand one but unused in original packaging £8.99,, so I am now just needing the ribbed pulley which is the SKF VKM34031 one I’m mentioning,,, I was really unsure if this SKF is the correct part but as the ford diagram is saying yes I’m was just hoping it was correct and thought I’d ask, coz your knowledge is much much better than mine 😂😂,,
Thanks again mate and sorry for sounding dumb but buying correct parts seems to not go well for me that’s why I ask questions that have been asked a million times before 😂😂
