Has anyone experienced this error ?

P0353 Ignition Coil “C” Primary/Secondary Circuit

My car started and ran fine, the next time I started it it wouldn`t start, left it for about 5-6 hours and it started ut with a terrible misfire. I had a spare set of leads so replaced them and the misfire is still there (leaving the car undriveable). The plugs where also changed about 3,500 miles ago.

When I ran diagnostics from my Scanguage it came up ith the above error.

I am wondering if this is an internal coil pack error and the coil pack needs replacing or an external error eg. coil earth strap etc.

Thanks

i would say the coil pack has had it, try reconnecting the big multiplug on the front of the coil pack to see if it cures it or make sure the leads are on it and in the correct order, but if all of these checks are fine and u still have that missfire, then get a new coil pack, if u get it from www.fordpartsuk.com trevor should sort you out with a cheaper one then your local fords, i wouldnt get a second hand one in case its no good, its one item i would deff recomend getting new, its about 49 pounds delivered if im correct but it sorted out my missfire i had, hope this helps :)
